Delivery area and cost

Standard delivery is free on United Kingdom orders, with no minimum spend. Any other available service or charge will be shown at checkout before payment.

Processing time

Orders normally require 1–3 working days to process. Our weekday cut-off is 5:00 pm Europe/London time. The cut-off is used for processing and does not guarantee same-day dispatch.

Estimated transit time

After dispatch, standard delivery is estimated at 5–12 working days. The normal total estimate is therefore 6–15 working days from order placement. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the dispatch notification will contain the carrier information or tracking link. You can also visit our Track Your Order page. Carrier scans can take time to appear after dispatch.

Delays

Weekends, bank holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption, customs processes and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. If tracking has not progressed for an unusual period, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment.

Delivery details

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or has been dispatched.

Delivered but not received

Check the delivery location, household members and any carrier notice first. If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us promptly with your order number and tracking details.
